The founder began his career in civil engineering, gaining strong experience in residential high-rise buildings, commercial projects, industrial projects, onshore oil & gas facilities, refineries, petrochemical plants, interior turnkey execution, and complete facilities management. His professional journey includes extensive work across India, Oman, and Qatar, delivering engineering, project management, and facilities operations at high standards. With more than a decade of real project exposure and leadership experience, the vision to build a reliable, transparent and customer-focused company led to the formation and expansion of Elshadai Group.
